For those of you who know what CrossFit is, you’ll be happy to know there’s a CrossFit gym in Denver proper off of 38th. It’s called CrossFit Verve - www.crossfitverve.com. All of the other CrossFit’s in CO seem to be in Aurora for some reason. Same thing for Kettlebell gyms. Anybody know why?
Don’t known what CrossFit is? Basically, it’s a short, intense, all-inclusive strength and fitness system that a) kicks your ass in 20 minutes or less b) makes you truly strong… not just beach muscles. I’ve personally done a few CrossFit sessions and I can say from experience, if you think you’re fit, you’re probably not CrossFit. It’s tough but rewarding.
